Help and FAQs
A clear answer. A simple next step.
Find answers about accounts, year packs and getting started.
Who creates the account?
A parent creates the account and adds child profiles. Children use their profile within the parent's signed-in account; they do not need their own email address.
Can I try practice without signing in?
Yes. Try the Year 5 Reading, Numeracy, Conventions of Language or Writing sample without an account. Guest test scores are shown at the end but are not saved to a child profile. Create a parent account to save future practice.
Which year levels are available?
We are starting with Year 5. Years 3, 7 and 9 are planned but are not available yet.
Are these full-length NAPLAN tests?
Not yet. The current Year 5 content has five-question sample tests in Reading, Numeracy and Conventions of Language, plus a self-reviewed writing task. Full-length tests are in development.
How do I create an account?
Choose Get Started, create a parent account and then add your child's profile. No invitation or access code is required.
Will I be charged?
No payment is taken during account creation. Prices and access periods will be shown before paid packs can be purchased.
Can I get a refund when paid packs launch?
Yes. Paid year packs will have a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If you don't like your pack, ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, with no explanation required. Refund instructions will be available before checkout opens.
Is this an official NAPLAN website?
No. NAPLAN Practice is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ACARA. Sample scores are not official NAPLAN results.
