How information is used

Information is used to authenticate parents, save practice activity, show progress and operate and secure the platform. Children do not need their own email addresses.

Support and launch notifications

When you contact us, we store your email and request so our team can respond. If you opt in to a launch notification, we store your email, chosen year level and consent for that launch update. This is optional and separate from account registration. You can request withdrawal or deletion through Help.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to host the application, authentication and data. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Parents may request access to or correction of their account information and may ask for account deletion through the Help contact form. We may verify account ownership before fulfilling an account request.
